I haven’t made Chelsea Buns for years and thought I’d give them a go.
They say we learn from our mistakes, well I’ve learned not to put so much fruit in them and to make them a bit bigger. They taste ok but not soft and yeilding like shop bought ones.
If you know how to make them nice and soft could you share your recipe or tips?? Please??
