Some of you may recall a picture lichen that grows on my Azalea. Well I’m happy to report that what remains of my Azalea is alive. I’ve had 1 flower and one bud about to burst forth!
There are some new leaf buds appearing too, so it looks like my harsh cutting back of what looks dead, a dose of Sequestrion tonic and some Miracle Grow seems to have done the trick. I don’t think it will ever get back to its former glory but I’m happy that there’s still life in the old dog yet! So I’m hoping it will continue to thrive and provide me with an explosion of flowers next year.
