I recently won a copy of Gino DaCampo’s Baking book and decided to make some of the Olive Bread.
It’s the first time I’ve made bread for about 20 years!! It was easy and very tasty. The slices in the picture were seared in my griddle pan and served with a lovely lean burger and salad on top.. MMMMM..
